Single Origin - Why so important?

Over the last few years, there has been a significant increase in a call for true Australian unadulterated product in the global market place. Synthetic essential oils have long been blended with Australian essential oils in some markets and exported with the Australian trademark. This issue is that when a plant is grown outside of its native region, Australian or not, not only does it impede on the Australian global export trade, it's also that a process such as this can require the use of fertilisers and non-organic soil conditioners which impact the important chemical properties produced in the oil.

If this occurs, scents can differ, blending capabilities can differ and any existing therapeutic assets can be significantly altered.

Every oil earthYARD stocks in our shop is 100% pure. We do not mix our oils not even if they're from 2 different native regions. We much prefer to let our oils shine on their own. Each oil has an origin map so you can see exactly where your product comes from.
