We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all online orders over $150 excluding bulk and heavy items (5L/kg and over). Orders under $150 will incur a shipping fee as calculated by Australia Post. We have pretty nice rates with Australia Post so it's always cheaper than retail. Fees are calculated by weight.
We use Australia Post for our Australian shipments and aim to despatch all online orders within 72 hours.

We use Australia Post Express International. We aim to despatch all online orders within 72 hours. International Express orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-4 business days.
Q: Can I Track My Order?
A: Yes you can! You will be sent a tracking number when your products have been picked up. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If any issues are faced with your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email, as the customer it is your responsibility to provide accurate and timely information for delivery.
Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments
The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
