When does the free trial period start and finish?
The free trial period commences the day of sign up and activation of your Premium membership and concludes 30 days post this sign up date.

When will i be first charged?
Your first charge will occur on the 31st day of your membership if not cancelled before. If you have selected monthly payments your first payment of $14.99 will be deducted from the card you signed up with. If you have selected to pay for a full year (a saving of $30.88) this will be deducted from the card you originally signed up with.


Where can I see the discounted price?
Discounts are applied automatically and appear as a reduced price available only to logged in, active Premium earthYARDian members. Further discount codes are applicable at the discretion of earthYARD Pty Ltd.

Can I get a discount for special orders or bulk orders?
Discounts are applicable to online store orders only at this stage. 

What discount amount am I getting?
Every item in the online store is reduced automatically by exactly 20%.

What are the extra benefits?
From time to time earthYARD will provide exclusive access to new products, ranges, events, offers and webinars to Premium earthYARDian members. This may be an exclusive offer or a first-in-line offer before promotion to the general public. You will be notified of these extras by email.


Where does free shipping apply?
Free shipping is only available to Australian addresses at this time.

Who will my order be shipped with?
Orders will be shipped with our choice of Australia Post, TNT, FedEx, or any other carrier that we deem to be fast and reliable. We consider this Standard Shipping and will not apply to express services.

Can I select different shipping methods?
Absolutely. The full range of shipping options are presented at checkout. These are calculated on the weight and size of your order using our account rates with each carrier. To select free shipping make sure you tick the option Premium Membership Free Shipping Always during the checkout process.

What is an eligible order?
Premium earthYARDian members can benefit from a range of delivery benefits, including free standard shipping on eligible purchases at no additional cost. Eligible purchases means, all online store purchases only. The offer does not extend to offline orders. Premium earthYARDian delivery benefits depend on stock availability, order deadlines, and the delivery address. Products with special delivery characteristics, such as heavy/bulky, oversized or containing hazardous materials, may be excluded or subject to restrictions or conditions as stated on the applicable product page. Premium earthYARDian Membership Free Standard shipping is not extended to express and overnight options and is applicable to Australian addresses only.


When will I be charged?
Monthly members will be direct debited on the same day of every month until cancelled or paused. You will receive a receipt for each purchase. Annual members will be given 30 days notice that the direct debit will be processed by way of email communication.

How much is the membership?
Monthly members are charged $14.99 each month. Annual Memberships are $149 per year. This entitles you to the online store discount, free shipping and extra benefits.

What payment methods are accepted?
Current limitations afford us to only process payments by card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Debit Card). Payments are processed through a secure system called Stripe.

Can I change my payment details?
Customers can update a credit card for an existing membership in the Manage Membership page by logging into the account that was used to purchase the membership on your storefront.
The Manage Memberships page can be found on the account management page once a customer has logged into your storefront. Below is an example of a Manage Membership link on the account management page:



My membership is coming to an end what happens?
The membership plan is ongoing and will renew on the anniversary of your purchase monthly or annually dependent on the  plan you have selected. We will contact you to remind you of your upcoming renewal at which point you can choose to do nothing and continue to enjoy the benefits of the membership or cancel your membership from being renewed.


Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Pausing a membership is possible for monthly members only and must be reactivated within 90 days before an account is terminated. Any cancellations processed will leave your account active for the remainder of the paid active membership period. No refunds for unused periods will be issued unless covered by the terms and conditions.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can manage your membership from your My Account Page once logged in. Alternatively you can contact us and we can process the cancellation on your behalf.
