Shea Butter is a good source of Vitamin E that keeps skin moisturised and nourished. It also contains the antioxidant vitamin A that may protect your skin from oxidative stress and signs of ageing like dark spots and fine lines.

Both vitamins A and E can help to soothe irritated skin. Shea Butter's soft buttery consistency may also be a comforting treatment for
