earthYARD Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The earthYARD Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Members to earn promotional coupon credits (“Order Credits”) toward future online store purchases by referring friends to become new users on earthYARD.com.au.
To participate in the EarthYARD Referral Program, Members must agree to the earthYARD Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral Credits
Members can earn Order Credits if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid earthYARD account that complies with our earthYARD Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Order (as defined below).
The referring Member will be credited with the Order Credit amount(s) specified for each order in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Order. Order Credit amounts will be earned and apply only to the initial Qualifying Order the referred friend completes, and no further Order Credits will be issued for subsequent orders. The referring Member cannot earn Order Credits for any order which they place themselves.
The maximum Order Credit that can be earned per Member will be $5.00 AUD total in respect of Qualifying Orders made by referred friends, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Qualifying Orders
A Qualifying Order must have the minimum total value (excluding taxes and discounts) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials or earthYARD website. Note that this total value may change based on the discretion of earthYARD. The Qualifying Order must be placed and paid for via the earthYARD online store platform only. The referred friend must complete in full the Qualifying order before the referring Member can receive Order Credits. An order will not be considered a Qualifying Order, and therefore no Order Credits will be earned, if the referring Member is also the referred friend, or if the order is cancelled at any time for refund. Returns and exchanges are allowed in line with our general terms and conditions of sale.
Redeeming Order Credits
Order Credits may only be redeemed via the earthYARD online store platform. Once earned, Order Credits will appear on the referring Member’s Referring Partner Dashboard page. These credits can be converted into discount vouchers within the Referring Partner Dashboard, and the referring Member may need to enter the Discount code at checkout to redeem the Discount Voucher. Order Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. Resulting discount codes and vouchers must be used before their expiry date of 12 months form issue unless otherwise stated.
Order Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Order Credits may not be earned by creating multiple earthYARD Accounts. Order Credits accrued in separate earthYARD accounts may not be combined into one earthYARD account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Order Credits, please contact us. earthYARD may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at earthYARD’s sole discretion.
Members are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Order Credits.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referrals should only be shared with the Referee’s consent. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links. Discovery of any activity conducted by a Member that contradicts these terms will result in immediate termination of that Members Referral Program account and will negate and void all accrued Order Credits.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral link will receive credit in the form of a coupon or coupons in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used on their next Qualifying Order on earthYARD.com.au. Vouchers/Coupons/Discount codes that are not automatically applied as referenced in the promotional terms and conditions must be entered during checkout. Vouchers/Coupons/Discount codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other earthYARD referral programs or incentives. Each coupon code may only be used on www.earthyard.com.au online store platform and in conjunction with the placing of a single eligible earthYARD Order that meets the minimum total value (excluding taxes or discounts) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials or earthYARD website and subject to earthYard’s Terms of Service.
Vouchers/Coupons/Discount codes expire one year from date of issue. earthYARD reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or exisitng orders if fraud, tampering or violations of earthYARD’s Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service.
If your order later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives multiple referral links from multiple Members, only the initial referring Member associated with the referral link activated by the referred friend will receive Order Credit.
The Program may not be combined with other earthYARD referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple earthYARD referral programs, preference will be given to the referrer code against which payment was received for the eligible earthYARD order.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, then such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck, and this may not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
earthYARD may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Order Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the earthYARD’s Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Order Credits can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the earthYARD.com.au website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
