Peppermint may help relieve tension, pain and ease tired muscles. Its cooling effect can help to ease headaches, provide relief for itchy skin and may be soothing in massage oil.
TRY: Dilute 1-2 drops of Peppermint Oil into a small palmful of Argan Oil for a quick headache relief massage on the temples. Peppermint Oil is strong and can cause eye irritation so use sparingly and avoid contact with eyes.
