Sesame oil contains essential fatty acids that help to lock in moisture and keep skin hydrated.

Sesame oil also contains the antioxidant vitamin A that may protect your skin from oxidative stress and signs of ageing like dark spots and fine lines.

It is also a good source of Vitamin E that keeps skin moisturised and nourished.

We recommend using sesame oil in blends for massage oil as it can overpower some essential oils.
