Black Pepper Oil has a sharp woody and spicy scent but unlike peppercorns, it won't make you sneeze.
Its warming properties may help to soothe muscle aches and pains including menstrual cramps. Just be sure to dilute it in a carrier oil as it very hot on the skin. A Black Pepper dilution makes for an invigorating massage oil that may be useful in improving circulation.
Black Pepper Oil's strong aroma may also improve alertness. For a quick pick me up before meetings, lectures or long drives, apply a 2% dilution behind the ears.
