It is high in fatty acids that may support healthy skin and hair and soothe skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. Evening Primrose Oil may also enhance elasticity and help to improve radiance in the skin.
Aromatically, Evening Primrose Oil is subtle with a neutral scent that makes it ideal for use in skin and hair care products as well as in aromatherapy for scent-sensitive users.
In aromatherapy, Evening Primrose Oil is used to improve circulation, aid inflammation, reduce tiredness, irritability and soothe menstrual cramps.
TRY: Blend 2-3 drops of Clary Sage Oil, 2-3 drops of Geranium Oil and 2-3 drops of Mandarin into 25mL of Evening Primrose Oil for a menstrual cramp massage oil.
