Hi Amanda this is diluted already – if you make you’re own paste you’re half way there.

Hi, is the Castile Soap in the recipe already diluted? Or is it a 1:3 ratio paste to water with the distilled water in the recipe? I make my own castile soap/paste but don’t dilute it until I need to make up a bottle of something. Thank you, looking forward to trying this 😊

Hi Rosemary – it depends on the washing soda. At this dosage it’s pretty harmless. Straight washing soda however would be too harsh for the skin.

Hi there, have been interested to make this dishwashing liquid but have been reading how damaging washing soda can be to skin.
As I want to use it for washing dishes in a sinkful of water, will I have to wear gloves? Thankyou
